Kay's Kitchen ("the app") is a personal meal prep planning tool. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What We Collect

Account information — your name and email address when you sign in with Google.
Recipe data — recipes, meal plans, and grocery lists you create in the app.
Photos — images you upload for your recipes, stored securely in our database.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and sync your personal meal prep data across devices.
To identify your account and keep your data private from other users.
We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (supabase.com), a trusted database platform. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

4. Google Sign-In

We use Google OAuth only to authenticate you. We receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, or any other Google services.

5. Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
You can export your recipes at any time.
You can sign out and stop using the app at any time.

6. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

7. Children's Privacy

Kay's Kitchen is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
